Kata kunci lingkungan keluarga efikasi diri Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan sikap berwirausaha. Lingkungan keluarga merupakan lingkungan tempat menanamkan pendidikan pada siswa. Lingkungan keluarga menjadi lingkungan utama untuk pendidikan siswa sehingga kepribadian dan rasa percaya diri siswa terbentuk dari pengaruh keluarga begitupun dengan pekerjaan orang tua juga mempengaruhi karir siswa di masa depan. Selain itu rasa percaya diri dan keyakinan akan kemampuan yang dimiliki menjadi modal utama seseorang untuk memulai mewujudkan sikap berwirausaha. Selain itu faktor Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu faktor pendukung dalam mewujudkan sikap berwirausaha yang didapatkan siswa di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menjelaskan (deskripsi) lingkungan keluarga efikasi diri dan Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa (2) Pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa (3) Pengaruh antara efikasi diri terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa (4) Pengaruh antara pembelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa (5) Pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga efikasi diri dan Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini ada tiga yaitu lingkungan keluarga (X1) efikasi diri (X2) Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan (X3) dengan variabel terikatnya adalah sikap berwirausaha siswa (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X di SMK Islam Batu tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 113 siswa dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 88 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Sumber data berasal dari data primer yang berasal dari responden dan sekunder yang didapat dari TU yang digunakan untuk melihat gambaran umum tentang sekolah dan absen siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner metode dokumentasi dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Uji kelayakan instrumen digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson dan Cronbach s Alpha. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan model uji asumsi klasik yaitu (1) Uji normalitas dengan melihat grafik P-P Plot of Regression Standardized Residual (2) Uji multikolinearitas yang dapat dilihat dari nilai tolerance dan VIF pada model regresi dan (3) Uji heteroskedastisitas dengan melihat grafik scatterplots. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS 23 for Windows. Hasil analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan keluarga baik efikasi diri baik Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan baik sikap berwirausaha tergolong sangat baik. (2) Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap sikap berwirausaha terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap sikap berwirausaha siswa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. (3) Variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi sikap berwirausaha siswa adalah variabel efikasi diri Berdasarkan uraian di atas peneliti menyarankan (1) Bagi guru diharapkan mengembangkan media dan metode pembelajaran serta memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk menumbuhkan sikap berwirausaha seperti menayangkan video tentang pengusaha sukses agar siswa semakin tertarik untuk berwirausaha. (2) Bagi siswa diharapkan mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri untuk mewujudkan sikap berwirausaha dan menggali kemampuan kognitif tentang Pembelajaran Prakarya dan Kewirausahaan karena kedepannya persaingan di dunia bisnis semakin kompetitif. (3) Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menambah variabel-variabel baru yang berpengaruh terhadap sikap mental kewirausahaan. (4) Bagi Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Tata Niaga diharapkan para calon pendidik khususnya program studi S1 Pendidikan Tata Niaga untuk lebih menekankan pembelajaran kewirausahaan khususnya pada ranah psikomotor dalam setiap mata kuliah. Besides that self confidence and belief about the owned ability become main capital for someone to start to realize entrepreneurship attitude. Moreover factor of Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning becomes one supporting factor in realizing entrepreneurship attitude that gained by students in the school. This research purposed to (1) explain (describe) family environment self efficacy and Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning to the student entrepreneurship attitude (2) the effect of family environment to the student entrepreneurship attitude (3) the effect of self efficacy to the student entrepreneurship attitude (4) the effect of Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning to the student entrepreneurship attitude and (5) the effect of family environment self efficacy and Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning to the student entrepreneurship attitude. This research was quantitative research by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. There were three independent variables in this research family environment (X1) self efficacy (X2) and Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning (X3). While the dependent variable was student entrepreneurship attitude (Y). Population in this research was student in the 10th Grade SMK Islam (Islamic Vocational School) Batu academic year 2016/2017 for 113 students with the research sample of 88 students. Sample determination in this research used proportional random sampling technique. Data source in this research come from primary data which was from respondent and secondary data obtained from administration department that used to see general description about school and student attendance. Data collection technique in this research used questionnaire documentation and unstructured interview method. Feasibility test towards research instrument used validity and reliability test which is product-moment correlation by Pearson and Cronbach s Alpha. This research also used classical assumption test as follows (1) normality test by seeing P-P Plot of Regression Standardized Residual graph (2) multicollinearity test that can be seen from tolerance and VIF value in regression model and (3) heteroscedasticity test by seeing scatterplots graph. Statistical analysis in this research used SPSS 23 for Windows program. The result of descriptive analysis in this research showed that (1) family environment was good self efficacy was good Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning was good and entrepreneurship attitude included into good category. (2) The result of hypothesis test partially showed that there was no positive and significant effect between family environment to the student entrepreneurship attitude there was positive and significant effect between self efficacy to the student entrepreneurship attitude and there was no positive and significant effect between Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning to the student entrepreneurship attitude. (3) Dominant variable that affected student entrepreneurship attitude was self efficacy variable. Based on the explanation above the researcher suggests that (1) teachers should develop learning media and method as well as to give motivation to students in order to develop entrepreneurship attitude such as by presenting video about businessman success story in order to make the students more interested in implementing entrepreneurship (2) students should be able to improve their self confidence in order to realize entrepreneurship attitude and explore cognitive ability about Craft and Entrepreneurship Learning. It is due to in the future business competition will be more competitive (3) the next researcher should be able to develop this research by adding new variables affected to the entrepreneurship mental attitude (4) Undergraduate Study Program of Business Education should make the educator candidates take more emphasize on entrepreneurship learning especially to the psychomotor domain in each course.
