Tinggi rendahnya Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha siswa bisa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri sendiri dan yang berasal dari luar. Setiap orang mempunyai factor yang berbeda-beda. Dalam penelitian ini ada tiga faktor yang diuji dan diduga mempengaruhi Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha siswa yaitu Lingkungan Belajar Fasilitas Belajar Bakat Niat (Intensi) Berwirausah Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Lingkungan Belajar Fasilitas Belajar Bakat Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha siswa dan menguji pengaruh parsial antara yaitu Pengaruh Lingkungan Belajar Fasilitas Belajar dan Bakat Terhadap Niat/Intensi Berwirausaha Siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Turen yang berjumlah 315 siswa dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 137 siswa. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik proposional random sampling. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dengan empat opsi jawaban. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Belajar Fasilitas Belajar Bakat Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Lingkungan Belajar terhadap Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha Siswa. (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Fasilitas Belajar terhadap Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha Siswa. (3) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan Bakat terhadap Niat (Intensi) Berwirausaha Siswa. Agar siswa memiliki jiwa berwirausaha yang baik disarankan siswa lebih bisa percaya diri sehingga bisa mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Selalu berpikir positif agar lebih termotivasi untuk mencapai sesuatu yang diinginkan. Bagi pihak sekolah juga diharap memberikan dukungan kepada siswanya berupa fasilitas belajar yang memadai dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang nyaman untuk siswa lebih giat belajar dan mematuhi aturan di sekolah. Keywords Learning Environment Learning Facility Talent Enterpreneurship Intention. Enterpreneurship intention is influenced by many factors such as internal factor and external factor. Every person have different factors. In this research there are three factors that examined and influenced enterpreneurship intention those are learning environment learning facility and talent.This research is quantitative descriptive study that aims to describe student s learning environment learning facility talent and enterpreneurship intention and examine the partial influence of learning environment learning facility and ability on enterpreneurship intention. This research is quantitative research that using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 19. This research population are 315 students of class XI SMK Turen and 137 students as the sample. This sampling technique is using propotional random sampling. This research scale is Likert scale with five options. The data collecting technique is using questionnaire. The result of this research shows that Learning Environment Learning Facility Talent Enterpreneurship Intention classified as good (1) There is a positive and significant influence between learning environment on enterpreneurship intention (2) There is a negative and significant influence between learning facility on enterpreneurship intention (3) There is a negative and significant influence between talent on enterpreneurship intention. Based on the result researcher give some suggestions (1) student should be more confident so they can improve their potention and have a better enterpreneurship intention (2) Always have positive mind so they will be motivated to reach what they want (3) For school they should give support to their students such as the decent learning facility and create the comfor learning environment so the students will study better and better again.
