Cooperative Learning of Numbered Heads Together structural method is learning to involve the students in reanalyzing materials which come within learning and check the understanding of student about the core of accepted Iesson. This study aimed at knowing learning s result of student after applied this method in kewirausahaan subject matter. This research is conducted at SMK-BM Ardjuna 2 Malang. The research object is all class X of Ac-counting on 2006/2007 academic year.The research type done by researcher is class action research. The result from the research showed that student responses toward cooperative learning with Numbered Heads Together method is very positive it can be seen from the students questionnaire responses. Learning achievement from cognitive aspects and affective aspects after applied Numbered Heads Together method to experience of improvement it is proven with the increase of average class grade and complete by clasical at the quiz or cycle II better than quiz or cycle siklus I. The research of implementation Numbered Heads Together method need to be developed at other study to know effectiveness from this method.
