This research aims to develop an e-module using Canva on The Material of Obligations and Rights as a Citizen of the Community that is valid and practical for fourth grade of Elementary School. This research uses Research and Development and the model used is the ADDIE. The developed e-module will be tested on 24 fourth grade students in public elementary school of Rampal Celaket 1 Malang City. The data collection techniques used interview observation and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique used qualitative data in the form of responses and suggestions from experts and quantitative data in the form of percentages. The results showed that the e-module developed was valid and practical to use. The result from the material of Civics learning subject expert validation was 94.2%. While the result from the teaching material rsquo s expert validation was 97.1%. The result of the practicality of the e-module by the teacher was 96%. While the data from the practicality test by twenty-four students was 98.3%. These results indicate that the developed e-module can increase students motivation and interest in Civics learning process. Based on these results e-module can be utilized as an alternative to teaching materials in the Civics learning process.
