This study aims to analyze the effect of Zakat Infak and Alms (ZIS) funds on poverty reduction in Indonesia in 2020. The variables used in this study are Zakat Infak and Alms (ZIS) Human Development Index (HDI) GRDP and Number of Poor Populations. This study uses the purposive sampling technique because in 2021 the ZIS data is still incomplete. Path Analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results of this study are ZIS have a significant positive effect on HDI and GRDP. HDI has a significant negative effect on poverty. GRDP has a significant positive effect on poverty. While ZIS do not have a significant effect on poverty but have an indirect effect on poverty through HDI and GRDP. So ZIS should be focused on human development to improve the quality of education health and decent living standards which will ultimately reduce poverty levels.
