Abstract

This study aims to discover the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on Company Performance and Competitive Advantage. 100 MSMEs in the culinary sector in Indonesia were selected as respondents. Quantitative approach is used and questionnaire is given to the respondent.This study use PLS-SEM to analyze the data. This research reveals that Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Company Performance through Competitive Advantage. An interesting finding was found where MSME rsquo s are good in sensing their market needs but failed to ask feedback from their consumers. This study has a limitation that the sample is It is hoped that SMEs will apply Entrepreneurial Orientation to create Competitive Advantage which will ultimately improve business performance.
