English is no longer a compulsory subject in the primary school of curriculum 2013 in Indonesia. However learning English requires learners to master the four language skills namely listening speaking reading and writing. In this case having a student worksheet will be very useful for students to practice in. A student worksheet which contains summaries of materials and various activities for students to complete individually is the perfect tool to do it. Because of this the quality for of the student worksheet used is very important. This study uses qualitative research particularly in the form of content-analysis. Three teachers who are chosen randomly from outside Pasuruan Regency and have been teaching sixth grade students for at least two years are interviewed regarding their thoughts on the student worksheet provided. A checklist containing the requirements of a good student worksheet stated by Darmodjo and Kaligis in 1993 was made and given to the teachers to fill in. An interview with each teacher was then conducted to discover the reasons behind their fulfilled checklist. After the data collection was completed the researcher analyzed and synchronized the data procured. The result of the interviews was in the form of audio recordings in which were then be transcribed into texts. Analysis of the data resulted in the finding of agreements and disagreements among the three teachers regarding the requirements. There are 23 requirements of a good student worksheet stated by Darmodjo and Kaligis in 1993. The didactic requirements start from point 1 to 5 the construction requirements from 6 to 16 and point 17 to 23 are the technical requirements. The list submitted requires the teachers to give a checklist to the yes and no boxes provided on the paper. Teacher A agrees with 18 requirements Teacher B with 19 requirements and Teacher C with 18 requirements. Of all the requirements there are also different views and opinions on several of them. Based on the findings the teachers agree that the student worksheet meets most of the requirements of a good student worksheet. For that it can be recommended to other schools in the area of Pasuruan Regency. However not unlike most books there are strengths and weaknesses within this student worksheet as well. The various activities which can support all four English skills are a plus. One of the downsides is that the lack of colour can be a bit boring for students.
