Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 spreads across the globe resulting in many of the affected industrial sectors one of which is the culinary industry. The phenomena it causes different behavioral changes and tourist interests from conditions before the pandemic. The study aims to find service quality relationship servicescape product quality and prices both partial and simultaneous. The method used was a descriptive quantitative with an illustrative design research. The population used is tourists visiting the new food terrace makoya sri istana ayam goreng pandaan with a minimum age criteria of 17 years old. Sample retrieval an purposive sampling technique and is obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression to be accompanied by using the partial t and simultan f test. found that partial service quality product quality and price have a positive and do not significant on tourist interest. Servicescape however shows positive and significant effects on tourist interest. For simultans test it is known that all the variables test have a positive and significant on tourist interest post covid-19.
