This study aims to measure and analyze the influence of personal financial management peer conformity and the intensity of the use of e-commerce on impulse buying in 2018 Economics Education Study Program students Faculty of Economics and Business State University of Malang. This study uses descriptive research with quantitative methods with a sample of 56 students. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires containing questions to all respondents in the form of a Google Form link via Whatsapp. Based on the research that has been done it can be concluded that (1) personal financial management variables have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying because students have poor financial practice or personal financial management resulting in the emergence of impulse buying (2) peer conformity variables have a positive and positive effect on significant impact on impulse buying due to the attachment between peers which creates high trust so that it affects their purchasing decisions (3) the intensity variable of e-commerce utilization has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying due to high student attachment to e-commerce causing impulse buying (4) The variation of the three independent variables has a positive effect on impulse buying due to poor personal financial management followed by moderate peer attachment and high intensity of e-commerce utilization.
