Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect by using social media self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation on youth entrepreneurship interest in Sukolelo Village Prigen District Pasuruan Regency. The population used in this study was youth aged 18-24 years in Sukolelo Village spread over 6 hamlets with a total population of 210 youths. While the samples obtained were 136 by using the formula of Isaac and Michael. Data was collected using a questionnaire and the techniques used in data processing were descriptive statistical analysis classical assumption test multiple linear regression test T test F test and coefficient of determination test. The results from this study are that there is a positive and significant influence partially and simultaneously between the use of social media self-efficacy and entrepreneurial motivation on interest in entrepreneurship. The variables of Social Media Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Motivation affect the interest in entrepreneurship by 48.2%.
