Covid-19 pandemic has affected various sectors including education. Teachers and students have entered a new chapter in learning. The pandemic required us to change the learning system into online learning through e-learning. The aim of the study was conducted to look at the implementation of online learning in eighth grade of Junior High School students MTsN 1 Kota Bekasi. A quantitative study with descriptive research survey was used as a research design for this research. The questionnaire and interview guide elicited students rsquo perception of e-learning self-efficacy and e-learning platform. The result of this research shows that most of the eighth graders of MTsN 1 Kota Bekasi have many difficulties in implementing e-learning during the learning process such as in e-learning activity self-efficacy during the e-learning and e-learning platform. It showed that the students had negative responses towards the e-learning activity and self-efficacy during the implementation e-learning. Students needed direct interaction with teachers and other students which could make the learning better. However they had positive responses towards e-learning platform. They find it easy to use the platform while implementing e-learning. In conclusion although e-learning is a learning solution for this Covid-19 pandemic era that can replace conventional learning method the students still struggled implementing e-learning as perceived by students participated in this study.
