This research examines the students rsquo perception towards the implementation of online English learning during Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative survey design. There are total of 123 respondents i.e. SMAN 1 Ngoro senior high school students in Jombang to fill in the provided questionnaire. The result shows that the majority of students gave positive perceptions towards the implementation of online English learning. It can be seen from the percentage of the data based on some dimensions. The perceptions related the aspect of the teaching material reaches 85 4% learning environment 78 4% and student rsquo s interaction 86%. Therefore it can be concluded that students generally can adapt and have positive perception towards the implementation of online English learning during Covid-19 pandemic.
