Digitalization is a must for banking because every customer expects flexibility and ease of service. In recent years national Islamic banking has shown a significant pace of growth. However this growth has not been balanced with the number of Indonesian Muslim market. Meanwhile Indonesia is included in the top ten countries that have the largest Islamic finance index in the world. However few use Islamic banking products unlike Malaysian Muslims whose interest in Islamic banking products is very high. The fact is that Indonesian Islamic finance has not been able to keep up with the growth of conventional finance in expanding the financial industry as a whole. It can be seen from the low trust of the Muslim community in Indonesia towards Islamic banks. Therefore researchers are interested in researching and analyzing the effect of customer trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Malang City. BSI was chosen because it is one of the pioneers of Islamic banking in Indonesia. With the hope that it can become a source of knowledge and reference especially in Islamic banking in Indonesia.
