Abstract

Pursuant to result of [done/conducted] observation on 18 19 and 26 September 2008 September 2008 [in] SMPN 1 Pakong - Pamekasan known that most school activity ( KBM) still predominated by teacher so that [about/around] 75% student seen less active in activity of study besides 88 57% student not yet is complete [of] result learn him. To overcome the problems hence require to be [done/conducted] [by] research about applying of study of which can improve result and activity learn student one of them with applying of study of kontekstual with approach of inkuiri guided. Through applying of the study expected can improve result and activity learn class student biology of VII D [in] SMPN 1 Pakong - Pamekasan. This research represent Research Of Action Class ( Classroom ActionResearch) which [is] executed in 3 cycle of subjek research [is] class student ofVII D SMPN 1 Pakong - Pamekasan with amount 35 student compose 23 men student and 12 woman student. Research data [is] result and activity learn student and also supporter data in the form of activity learn and field note. Activity learn student measured pursuant to make-up of mean percentage of activity learn level and student efficacy of action while result learn student measured pursuant to result of final test answer [of] cycle [is] so that known complete learn student [at] each cycle. used Research instrument that is problem of tes student activity observation sheet and teacher and field note. Pursuant to result of solution and research known that applying of study of kontekstual with approach of inkuiri guided can improve result and activity learn class student biology of VII D [in] SMPN 1 Pakong - Pamekasan. Make-Up of activity learn student shown with make-up of mean percentage of activity learn level and student efficacy of action from 43 72% ( less ) [at] cycle of I become 64 76% (enough ) [at] cycle of II and mount to become 75% (goodness ) [at] cycle of III. Make-Up of result learn student can know from complete learn student [at] cycle of I equal to 48 57% later then mount to become 65 71% [at] cycle of II and mount again become 91 43% [at] cycle of III.
