Kata Kunci Inkuiriterbimbing Think Pair Share (TPS) berpikirkritis hasilbelajar Hasil observasi kegiatan pembelajaran dan wawancara dengan guru Biologi dan siswa kelas XI IPA Sunan Kalijogo Ngadri didapatkan bahwa pembelajaran yang selama ini berlangsung masih menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga belum dapat melatih dan meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis serta hasil belajar siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dipadu Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat membuat dan melatih siswa untuk aktif dalam mencari menganalisis dan membangun jawaban dalam menemukan berbagai alternatif solusi hal tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing dipadu Think Pair Share (TPS) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjekdalampenelitianyaituseluruhsiswakelas XI IPA MA Sunan Kalijogo Ngadri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanadanyapeningkatanketerampilanberpikirkritisdanhasilbelajarsiswa. Keterampilanberpikirkritissiswapadasiklus I menunjukkanhasil rata-rata seluruhindikatorsebesar57 41dengankategori sedangsedangkanpadasiklus II sebesar70 12dengankategori tinggi. Hasilbelajarkognitifsiswamenunjukkanketuntasanklasikalsebesar 52 94% padasiklus I dansebesar 88 24% padasiklus II. Keyword Guided Inquiry Think Pair Share (TPS) critical thinking learning Outcomes The result of observation of learning activities and interviews with Biology teachers and students of grade XI IPA Sunan Kalijogo Ngadri found that the learning that has been going on is still using the lecture method so it has not been able to train and improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes.The implementation of the guided inquiry learning model combined with Think Pair Share (TPS) can create and train students to be active in finding analyzing and constructing answers in finding various alternative solutions it is expected to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the implementation of Inquiry Learning model combined Think Pair Share (TPS) on critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative descriptive approach. Subjects in the study were all students of grade XI IPA MA Sunan Kalijogo Ngadri. Based on the results of research and discussion then obtained the following conclusions The results of the study indicate an increase in critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes.Student s critical thinking skill in cycle I showed average result of all indicator 57.41 with medium category while in cycle II 70.12 with high category. Students cognitive learning outcomes show classical completeness of 52.94% in cycle I and 88.24% in cycle II.Communication skills in the form of questioning answering and arguing skills showed a classical completeness of 47.06% in cycle I and 88.23% with cycle II.
