Kata kunci instrumen evaluasi biologi SMA kompetensi dasar 3.9 4.9 3.10 4.10 3.11 dan 4.11 kelas X. Pengukuran merupakan salah satu kegiatan untuk mengetahui kompetensi yang dimiliki siswa. Kompetensi siswa diukur dengan menggunakan suatu instrumen evaluasi yang berkualitas. Teknik pengukuran kompetensi siswa yaitu tes dan non tes. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena sekolah belum melakukan validasi instrumen evaluasi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan tes berupa soal pilihan ganda jawaban tunggal dan asesmen kinerja. Instrumen evaluasi ini sebanyak 55 soal pilihan ganda jawaban tunggal dan asesmen kinerja berupa asesmen laporan asesmen produk asesmen presentasi dan asesmen gagasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk instrumen evaluasi yang telah diuji validitas logis dan validitas empiris Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model penelitian R D menurut Borg and Gall yang terdiri dari 7 tahap yaitu (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data (2) perencanaan (3) pengembangan awal desain produk (4) uji coba lapora awal (5) merevisi hasil uji coba (6) uji coba lapangan produk utama (7) revisi produk. Uji coba produk dilakukan di SMA Nasional Kota Malang sebanyak dua kali yaitu uji coba lapangan awal dilakukan pada 12 siswa dan uji coba lapangan produk utama dilakukan pada 34 siswa. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil validasi ahli evaluasi ahli materi dan ahli lapangan (guru) serta hasil uji coba lapangan awal dan uji coba lapangan produk utama dianalisis dengan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil uji kevalidan instrumen evaluasi soal pilihan ganda jawaban tunggal dari ahli evaluasi ahli materi dan ahli lapangan disimpulkan telah valid. Sedangkan instrumen evaluasi asesmen kinerja berdasarkan hasil uji kevalidan ahli evaluasi disimpulkan telah valid Berdasarkan analisis program ITEMAN diperoleh hasil uji coba lapangan awal pada soal pilihan ganda jawaban tunggal untuk tingkat kesukaran soal mudah 27 27% soal sedang 50 91% dan soal sukar 21 82%. Untuk daya beda negatif diperoleh persentase 3 64% negatif 5 45% jelek 32 73% cukup 40% baik dan 18 18% baik sekali. Untuk analisis pengecoh pilihan jawaban berfungsi mengecoh sebanyak 56 36%. Untuk analisis validitas konstruk diperoleh hasil sesuai dengan indikator soal dan tujuan pembelajaran. Sedangkan validitas isi diperoleh hasil sesuai dengan materi. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan produk utama pada soal pilihan ganda jawaban tunggal untuk tingkat kesukaran soal mudah 23 647% soal sedang 49 09% dan soal sukar 27 27%. Untuk daya beda jelek diperoleh persentase 5 45% cukup 16 36% baik 54 55% dan baik sekali 23 64%. Reliabilitas instrumen tergolong sangat tinggi dengan nilai 0 912. Untuk analisis pengecoh pilihan jawaban berfungsi mengecoh sebanyak 74 55%. Untuk analisis validitas konstruk diperoleh hasil sesuai dengan indikator soal dan tujuan pembelajaran. Sedangkan validitas isi diperoleh hasil sesuai dengan materi. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu instrumen ini bisa digunakan oleh guru pelajaran Biologi namun perlu mengkaji pada beberapa soal karena perbaikan soal harus dilakukan berulang-ulang agar mendapatkan soal yang valid. This evaluation instrument provides 55 single choice questions of single answers and performance assessments in the form of report assessment product assessment presentation assessment and idea assessment. The purposeof this study is to produce an evaluation instrument product that has been tested for logical validity and empirical validity . This research development using R D research model according to Borg and Gall which consists of 7 stages there are (1) Research and information collection (2) Planning (3) Develop preliminary form of product (4). Preliminary field testing (5) Main product revision (6) Main field testing (7) Operational product revision. The product trial was conducted in SMA Nasional Malang twice the initial field trial was conducted on 12 students and the main product field trial was conducted on 34 students.
