Kata Kunci Think Talk Write (TTW) Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Hasil Belajar Berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran berperan penting dalam meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar. Hasil observasi selama KPL pada bulan September-Oktober dan wawancara dengan guru Biologi di kelas XI MIPA 6 MAN 3 Malang menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa masih tergolong rendah sehingga hasil belajar menjadi kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar Biologi siswa kelas XI MIPA 6 MAN 3 Malang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Talk Write (TTW). Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Setiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu planning (perencanaan tindakan) acting (pelaksanaan tindakan) observing (pengamatan) dan reflecting (refleksi). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran catatan lapangan tes akhir siklus lembar observasi afektif dan lembar penilaian psikomotor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 10 36% dari siklus I 77 0% menjadi 87 36% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebesar 22 2% dari siklus I sebesar 66 7% menjadi 88 9% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar afektif siswa sebesar 3 7% dari siklus I sebesar 85 2% menjadi 88 9% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar psikomotor siswa untuk laporan praktikum sebesar 18 5% dari siklus I sebesar 81 5% menjadi 100% pada siklus II sedangkan untuk analisis artikel sebesar 14 8% dari siklus I sebesar 85 2% menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif TTW dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar biologi siswa yang meliputi hasil belajar kognitif afektif dan psikomotor. Keywords Think Talk Write (TTW) Critical Thinking Learning Outcomes. Critical thinking in learning have an important role in improving the processes and outcomes of learning. Based on observations in grade XI Sciences 6 of MAN 3 Malang that the critical thinking ability of students still belongs to low it would have an impact on the outcomes of learning became not maximal. This research aims to improve the ability of critical thinking and the outcomes of learning Biology grade XI Sciences 6 of MAN 3 Malang through the application of model learning Cooperative Think Talk Write (TTW). This research is a Research Action class (PTK) with 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of four phases planning acting observing and reflecting. Research data obtained through learning observation sheet field notes test the end of the cycle the affective observation sheet and psychomotor assessment sheet.The results of this research show that the application of model learning Cooperatif TTW can improve critical thinking ability and the outcomes of learning Biology that include cognitive affective and psychomotor. Critical thinking ability of students has increased by 10.36% from cycle I 77.0% to 87.36% in cycle II. Increased student cognitive learning outcomes by 22.2% from cycle I of 66.7% to 88.9% in cycle II. Increased student affective learning outcomes by 3.7% from cycle I by 85.2% to 88.9% in cycle II. The improvement of students psychomotor learning outcomes for practicum report 18.5% from cycle I 81.5% to 100% in cycle II while for article analysis 14.8% of the cycle I of 85.2% to 100% in cycle II. The suggestions for the implementation of the TTW learning model are (1) the teacher should consider the allocation of time for each step of learning to be done (2) the model should be combined with the media that enable students to understand the material and decrease the bored level of student.
