Kata Kunci analisis butir soal ulangan tengah semester Penilaian merupakan kegiatan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Salah satu alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa adalah tes. Tes yang disusun harus mengacu pada kaidah-kaidah penyusunan soal agar kualitas soal diketahui. Tes yang disusun juga harus memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas soal. Validitas soal dapat diketahui berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran daya beda efektivitas pengecoh dan validitas logis soal. Berdasarkan hasil kuisoner yang diberikan pada 6 Oktober 2016 pada guru Biologi di SMA Katholik Diponegoro Blitar hanya pernah dilakukan analisis terhadap tingkat kesukaran dan validitas isi sedangkan pada SMA Muhammadiyah I Blitar belum pernah dilakukan analisis terhadap validitas dan reliabilitas soal sehingga validitas soal juga belum diketahui.Validitas soal harus diketahui agar hasil yang diukur juga sesuai dengan apa yang ingin diukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaran daya beda efktivitas pengecoh reliabilitas dan validitas logis butir soal yang dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis soal dan lembar jawaban siswa pada Ulangan Tengah Semester Gasal Biologi kelas X XI dan XII tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap kelas X di SMA Katholik Diponegoro Blitar serta kelas XI dan XII di SMA Muhammadiyah I Blitar. Hasil penelitian terhadap tingkat kesukaran yaitu kelas X adalah 47.5% mudah 37.5% sedang dan 15% sukar kelas XI adalah 40% mudah 50% sedang dan 10% sukar dan kelas XII adalah 90% mudah dan 10% sedang. Daya beda butir soal kelas X adalah 50% jelek 37.5% cukup dan 12.5% baik kelas XI adalah 15% jelek 20% cukup 55% baik dan 10% baik sekali dan pada kelas XII adalah 75% jelek 12.5% cukup 10% baik dan 2.5% baik sekali. Efektivitas pengecoh butir soal yang berfungsi diatas 50% terdapat pada kelas XI sedangkan pada kelas X dan kelas XII diatas 50% tidak berfungsi. Reliabilitas soal kelas X adalah 0.6629 dengan kriteria tinggi kelas XI adalah 0.89828 dengan kriteria sangat tinggi dan kelas XII adalah 0.7713 dengan kriteria tinggi. Validitas isi butir soal kelas X rata-rata adalah 77.75% kelas XI rata-rata adalah 75% dan kelas XII rata-rata adalah 75.25%. Validitas konstruk soal kelas X rata-rata adalah 95.17% kelas XI rata-rata adalah 100% dan kelas XII rata-rata adalah 99.17%. Validitas bahasa soal kelas X XI dan XII rata-rata adalah 96.25%. Guru Biologi dapat menambah dan mengurangi kriteria soal dengan tingkat kesukaran sukar sedang atau mudah agar sesuai dengan proporsi tingkat kesukaran naskah soal yang baik. Guru dapat membuang atau memperbaiki soal dengan kriteria daya beda jelek dan cukup serta menambahkan soal dengan kriteria daya beda baik dan baik sekali. Guru dapat membuang atau memperbaiki soal yang pengecohnya tidak berfungsi dan menambahkan soal yang pengecohnya berfungsi. Guru dapat meningkatkan reliabilitas soal tinggi menjadi sangat tinggi dan mempertahankan reliabilitas soal yang sangat tinggi. One of the measuring instruments used to determine student learning outcomes is a test. The arranged tests are should refer to the rules of compiling in the test so that the quality of the test can be known. The arraged tests have to eligible with validity and reliability of the tests. Validity test consists of the empirical validity and logical validity. Empirical validitycovering the level of difficulty the differentials of questions and the effectiveness of distractors. Logical validity includes content validity and construct validity. Based on the results of the questionnaire given on October 6 2016 to the biology teachers on Chatolic Senior High School Diponegoro Blitar there has only done an analysis of the difficulty level and the content validity. Meanwhile on Senior High School Muhammadiyah I Blitar there has never done an analysis of the validity and reliability of test. So that the validity of the test weren t known. The validity of the test have to be known so that the results of a measurement can be appropriate with what is to be measured. This study aims to determine the difficulty level the differentials of questions the effectiveness of distracters reliability and logical validity of items test that conducted by the way to analyze the questions of the test and the answer sheet of students on the midterm test of Odd semester for Biology subject at X XI and XII grades on 2016/2017 periode. The used methode is descriptive with quantitative and qualitative approachs. The study conducted on X grade of Chatolic Senior High School Diponegoro Blitar and on XI and XII grades of Senior High School Muhammadiyah I Blitar. The results of research on the difficulty level of questions in X grade are 47.5% easy 37.5% medium and 15% is difficult. In XI grade are 40% easy 50% medium and 10% difficult. In XII grade are 90% easy 10% medium. The differentials of questions of items in X grade are 50% lack 37.5% adequate and 12.5% good. In XI grade are 15% lack 20% adequate 55% good and 10% excellent. In XII grade are 75% lack 12.5 % adequate 10% good and 2.5% excellent. The effectiveness of distractors that do work are more than 50% in XI grade while in X grade and XII grade is above 50% does not work. The reliability of X grade is 0.6629 with high criteria XI grade is 0.89828 with very high criteria and XII grade is 0.7713 with high criteria. The average of content validity of the items for grade X is 77.75% the average of XI grade is 75% and the average of XII grade is 75.25%. The average of construct validity of the test for grade X is 95.17% the average of XI grade is 100% and the average of XII grade is 99.17%. The average of the language validity tests of X XI and XII grades is 96.25%. Biology teacher can add and subtract the criteria of the difficulty level of tests by easy medium or difficult level so that in accordance with the proportion of the level of difficulty test of a good script test. Teacher can remove and fix the test with lack and adequate of the differentials of questionscriteria. Teacher may add some test with good and excellent of the differentials of questionscriteria. Teacher also can remove or fix the test that doesn t have an effectiveness of distractors and add some test that have effentiveness of distractors. Teacher can increase the high reliability of the test to be highest and maintaining the very high reliability test. Related to the logical validity test teacher can be paying attention and fulfill the aspects of script writing test related the content validity construct validity and language validity.
