Abstract

Syntesa and caracteristic the fenoelectric material BaTiOr has been done by bulk reaction depenodn it di ferent of sinteringt ime. Sinteringi s an thermal processb y 1200 C temperaturefo r eachs amplesF. or knowing the best structure of crystal the caractenz rlionis doneb y the methodso f diffraction of X- Rays QRD). This analyzem ethodsi s donew ith calculatet he rod constantaa ndt he FWHM (Full ll/idth at Half Maximum) value from each bulk reaction product depend on sintering time influence. The material has been prepare by many process as mixing refined and calcinationw ith 8000C temperaturei t hasa n thermal processf or making the carbon bounding gone. The second refined needed for the crystal structure had been better. And the material have to press by bulk and sintered for 5 hour 10 hour and 15 hour. The caracteristic is done by the methods of diffiaction of X-Rays Q(R.D). All curve from thisbulk reaction product it shown in peaks and has been analyzed for calculatet he rod constantao n eachs ampleso f material ferroelectricB aTiO3 Caracteristicp roduct shownt hat the bulk reactionc ould be madeb y BaCO3w iih TiO2 producedB aTiOr.
