The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that can improve the learning achievement of Accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Turen. During the Covid-19 pandemic online learning became the only alternative in the implementation of education. This learning model reaps various challenges including unpreparedness of electronic materials mastery of technology geographical conditions so that measurement of learning achievement becomes vital as an evaluation material for educators and schools. Accounting students of SMK Negeri 1 Turen were the population in this study while sampling using the Cochran formula. Data analysis techniques in this study using measurement models (Outer Model) and structural models (Inner Model) with the help of WarpPLS 7.0. The results showed that learning motivation and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect in improving the learning achievements while the learning facilities can strengthen the relationship of learning motivation as well as self-efficacy to learning achievement but in insignificant ways. Based on these results learning motivation and self-efficacy factors play a role in improving the learning achievement of Accounting students at SMK Negeri 1 Turen during the learning process in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Meanwhile the use of learning facilities needs to be optimized so that students can achieve better learning achievements.
