Abstract

The performance of honorary teachers starting from planning lessons implementing learning to evaluating learning must be pursued professionally with the competencies possessed so that children s development is achieved properly. This is in accordance with the Infant Attachment theory which is a regularity pleasure and desire that is attached to people who are familiar. The content of this theory is that basically babies do not discriminate against their social relationships children who lose their social relationships because children do not have these opportunities require the role of professional teachers in developing these developments. The focus of this research is (a) The performance of honorary teachers from the point of view of planning implementation and evaluation (b) How honorary teachers can improve competence during the covid 19 pandemic (c) The competence of honorary teachers who are affected during the covid 19 pandemic includes competence pedagogical competence personal competence professional competence and social competence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with the type of case study research and uses a multi-site study design. This research was conducted in three institutions namely TK Adhi Prakarsa TK Mutiara Hati and TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan1 Banjarejo. Informants in this study were the head of the institution (as source triangulation) and honorary teachers. The data collection methods used were open interviews observation and documentation. The results of this study that the performance of honorary teachers from the point of view of planning implementation and evaluation as a whole has a good category value according to the criteria determined by the researchers then the way honorary teachers can improve their overall competence is to learn through any media (internet seminars workshops) outside the role as honorary teachers do work that is directly related to the community so that personal abilities can develop then teachers must control themselves to remain professional in teaching and continue to build communication with children parents and the community then the competencies affected in this pandemic period are pedagogical competence and professional competence because time and ability are limited so it has not been maximized. The conclusions of this study are learning planning learning implementation and learning evaluation have good categories then teachers learn through any media do work that is directly related to the community outside of being honorary teachers control themselves so that they are professional in teaching and learning. continue to build communication so that their competencies develop then because of the limited time and ability to teach teachers the competencies affected during this pandemic are pedagogical competence and professional competence. Suggestions in carrying out research should be added to the number of informants and institutions so that the data obtained is wider and there are more comparisons of data.
