At this thesis we learn about scheduling of project with PERT method usingt hreet ime estimatest hat is optimism time (a) pessimistt ime (b) and the most likely time (m). The three time estimates is used to determine probability durationo fproject. The arralysis result of PERT method irdicates that tota.l duration of luxuriant house development project at Dieng Palace Malang is 203 34 days. While value possibility of project finish at goals (Td 230 days) close to 100%.
