Kata Kunci CDI CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc Daya Mesin Emisi Gas Buang CO (%vol) HC (ppm) Pada saat ini perkembangan teknologi khususnya dibidang otomotif setiap tahunnya selalu mengalami peningkatan hal ini ditandai dengan semakin meningkatnya penjualan kendaraan bermotor dan aksesori pendukungnya. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dibidang otomotif ini pihak industri mulai mengeluarkan produk-produk baru yang menarik minat para konsumen untuk melakukan modifikasi. Modifikasi yang dilakukan tersebut meliputi modifikasi penampilan kendaraan bermotor dan modifikasi performa mesin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penggunaan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc terhadap daya motor Supra X 125cc (2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penggunaan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc terhadap emisi gas buang motor Supra X 125cc. Penelitian ini merupakan peneltian eksperimental. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Paired-Samples T-Test. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi CDI yang terdiri dari CDI Honda Supra X 125cc dan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. Pengujian dilakukan pada putaran 3000 rpm sampai 6000 rpm dengan rentang 500 rpm untuk melihat daya mesin dan emisi gas buang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan daya dan emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan oleh sepeda motor yang menggunakan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. Daya maksimum sepeda motor yang menggunakan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc lebih besar dari pada sepeda motor yang menggunakan CDI Honda Supra X 125cc. CDI Honda Supra X 125cc menghasilkan daya maksimum sebesar 8 728 hp pada putaran mesin 6000 Rpm. CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc menghasilkan daya maksimum sebesar 9 105 hp pada putaran mesin 6000 Rpm. Kadar CO (%vol) sepeda motor menggunakan CDI Honda Supra X 125cc lebih besar dari pada sepeda motor yang menggunakan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. CDI Honda Supra X 125cc menghasilkan kadar CO (%vol) maksimum sebesar 2 587 pada putaran mesin 6000 Rpm. CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc menghasilkan kadar CO (%vol) maksimum sebesar 1 986 pada putaran mesin 6000 Rpm. Kadar HC (ppm) sepeda motor menggunakan CDI Honda Supra X 125cc lebih besar dari pada sepeda motor yang menggunakan CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. These include modifications made to modify the appearance of a motor vehicle and engine performance modifications. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the significantly difference effect of CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc to power on a motorcycles Honda Supra X 125cc (2) To know the significantly difference effect of CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc to exhaust emission on a motorcycles Honda Supra X 125cc. This research is experimental research. The research design used was the Paired-Samples T-Test. This research uses a variation of the CDI which consists of The CDI Honda Supra X 125cc and CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. The test is taken on a round 3000 rpm to 6000 rpm with vulnerable 500 rpm to see engine power. The research results reveal the existence of a difference that the use of the CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc produces a higher maximum power while the use of CDI Honda Supra X 125cc. The CDI Honda Supra X 125cc produces a maximum power of 8 728 hp at 6000 rpm. The CDI Suzuki Shogun produces a maximum power of 9 105 hp at 6000 rpm. CDI Honda Supra X 125cc produces a higher CO (%vol) levels while the use of CDI Suzuki Shogun 110cc. The CDI Honda Supra X 125cc produces a maximum CO (%vol) levels of 2 587 at 6000 rpm.
