This study is a work recognition considered as an alternative thesis taken from a project from the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education (Kemristekdikti)called PKM-K (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa-Kewirausahaan)or Entrepreneurship-Varsity Student s Creativity Program. The program was to develop a storybook with the mobile audio app for EFL young learners English language acquisition entitled LALA AND LILO which was created for the importance of R amp D research and its commercialization. The method used in this study employed the R amp D method using ADDIE Model by Branch (2009). The steps of the study are (1) Analyze (2) Design (3) Develop (4) Implement (5) Evaluate. The analysis analyses young learners characteristics and analyses material and the objective of the product by analyzing the PAUD Curriculum 2013 conducting a market survey and analyzing media. Then it is followed by designing the physical and material of the press which would be developed. At the development stage the steps which the researcher took were media-making and media validation. At the implementation stage the steps were product testing product testimony business management implementation marketing implementation and getting the other outputs such as getting copyrights stakeholders endorsement joining competitions and international conference and getting mass media publication. In the evaluation step the process evaluated the result of selling and the excellence of the product towards the competitors. This study s results are (1) the product of LALA AND LILO storybook with the mobile audio app for EFL young learners second language acquisition (b) the result of product validation from EYL design and illustration and early childhood education which shows the product validity. From the EYL field the product got 94% and from the early childhood education the product got a score of 87.5% which is considered valid. For illustration and media field it reached 77% which is regarded as enough valid to use (c) Getting the turnover of the four-month-selling of IDR 12.960.000.
