Abstract

Keywords Implementation the four pillars of success in school-based management Implementation of school-based management involves four pillars of success is the success of quality the success of self-reliance the success of participation transparency success. The focus of research (1) how the school program planning with the School Based Management approach in SDN Kedungkandang 2 (2) how the four pillars of implementation of School Based Management in the SDN Kedungkandang 2 how the pillars of quality in the SDN Kedungkandang 2 bagaiamanakah the pillars of self-reliance in SDN Kedungkandang 2 how was the pillar of participation in SDN Kedungkandung 2 how was the pillar of transparency in the SDN Kedungkandang 2 (3) barriers to the implementation of School Based Management in the SDN Kedungkandang2 (4) the solutions to overcome the obstacles in the process of implementing the four pillars of success School-Based Management on SDN Kedungkandang 2. This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. This site is located at SDN Kedungkandang 2. Its strategic location within easy reach from any direction because of the strategic location situated close to the highway. Data obtained through interviews observation and documentation. Data obtained from the three techniques was organized is reduced if not relevant to the focus of the research analyzed and concludes the findings of the field. Tested the validity of the data (1) extend the presence of researchers in the field (2) triangulation by source. The focus of research planning programs include (1) developing the school vision and mission (2) self-evaluation in order to identify the various needs of development (3) identification of development needs (4) formulation of objectives (5) preparation of program improvement (6) implementation of the program (7) self-evaluation for the purpose of improving the quality of the next. Implementation of the four pillars of the school-based management in the SDN Kedungkandang already performing well. Obstacles in the implementation of school-based management in the SDN Kedungkandang 2 did not experience a large and difficult problems. Solutions to overcome the barriers include a) a solution to overcome the contradictions of government regulations the school decided to comply with the regulations of the government b) the principal teacher to send representatives to attend seminars and training to improve the quality of learning c) innovation of learning time additional teaching hours and hours work is aimed at teachers working memandirikan all school personnel to move forward d) the school seeks to embrace the parents tried to explain in a transparent use of funds for school programs and describes the implementation of student learning in Bagimana SDN Kedungkandang 2 e) describe the use of financial assistance to parents who not understand as well as the implementation of student learning.
