This study aims to describe (1) the application of learning models IOC in natural resource class IV subjects SDN Tanjungrejo 2 Malang (2) the activity student of learning models IOC (3) the improve student of learning models IOC. The results showed that the application of learning models IOC can improve student learning outcomes natural resource class IV SDN Tanjungrejo 2 Malang can did goodness. It can show by obtaining of teacher success in application of learning models IOC to the first cycle of 86% and increased from cycle two 97%. Student activity increase cycle first was obtained the average off 77% to 85% in cycle two. Obtaining increase student leraning outcomec from querage of 76% in cycle first to cycle two of 81%. Based on the activity and improve can be concluded that the application of learning models IOC. To natural resource class IV whit models Inside Outside Circle (IOC).
