Pembimbing (I) Prof. Dr. Heri Suwignyo M.Pd (II) Taufiq Kurniawan SIP M.IP Kata Kunci pemanfaatan layanan e-resources kebutuhan informasi pemustaka Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mendeskripsikan intensitas pemanfaatan e-resources terhadap jumlah artikel yang diperoleh oleh pemustaka di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno (2) mendeskripsikan durasi waktu yang diperlukan dalam mengakses informasi e-resources terhadap jumlah artikel yang diperoleh oleh pemustaka di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno (3) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan jenis informasi oleh pemustaka terhadap ketersediaan koleksi e-resources di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dan (4) mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan sumber informasi oleh pemustaka terhadap kesesuaian koleksi e-resources di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 71143 orang yang diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui (a) penyebaran angket (b) observasi (c) wawancara dan (d) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) intensitas pemanfaatan terhadap perolehan artikel e-resources oleh kurang dari setengah pemustaka (49%) memanfaatkan 1-2 kali dalam seminggu dengan lebih dari setengah pemustaka (51%) memperoleh e-resources 6-10 judul artikel. Frekuensi pemanfaatan e-resources oleh pemustaka mempunyai keterkaitan terhadap jumlah artikel e-resources yang diperoleh oleh pemustaka (2) kurang dari setengah pemustaka (35%) memerlukan waktu 20-25 menit dalam penelusuran informasi e-resources dengan lebih dari setengah pemustaka (51%) memperoleh informasi e-resources 6-10 judul artikel. Durasi waktu mengakses e-resources mempunyai keterkaitan terhadap jumlah artikel e-resources yang diperoleh oleh pemustaka (3) kurang dari setengah pemustaka (45%) memanfaatkan informasi e-resources bidang teknik dengan kurang dari setengah (35%) ketersediaan subjek koleksi e-resources memenuhi kebutuhan informasi pemustaka. Pemanfaatan jenis informasi e-resources terkait dengan ketersediaan koleksi e-resources di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dan (4) kurang dari setengah pemustaka (36%) memanfaatkan sumber informasi e-resources EbscoHost dengan koleksi e-resources sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi kurang dari setengah pemustaka (37%). The results showed (1) the intensity of use of the e-resources article acquisition by users less than half (49%) utilize 1-2 times a week with more than half users (51%) received e-resources article titles 6-10. Frequency of use of e-resources by users is linked to the number of e-resources article obtained by users (2) less than half users (35%) takes 20-25 minutes in search of information e-resources with more than half users (51%) obtained information e-resources article titles 6-10. The time duration for accessing e-resources is linked to the number of e-resources article obtained by users (3) users less than half (45%) use information e-resources engineering field with less than half (35%) the availability of subject collections e- resources to meet the needs users information. Utilization of information e-resources related to the availability of a collection of e-resources in UPT Library of Bung Karno and (4) less than half users (36%) utilize the resources of e-resources EbscoHost with a collection of e-resources according to need less information than users half (37%). Utilization of e-resources is linked to the conformity collection of e-resources.
